Recipe: Roasted Chicken
Dinner time is best for socialising, whether it’s with friends, family or office peeps! When the nights get a little colder, it becomes the perfect time to enjoy a scrumptious and juicy roast dinner. Try this roasted chicken recipe which is fit for get-togethers – a hearty meal that requires minimum effort! Bon appétit!
Ingredients:
Whole chicken 1
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Paprika 2 tbsp
Rosemary a bunch
Salt and pepper to season
Olive oil 1 cup
Method:
Marinate the chicken with spices and garlic ginger paste.
Let it marinate overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Put chicken in a roasting pan and place it in the oven for an hour (keep checking in between).
Serve hot with a side of boiled/steamed vegetables.
